According to Centro Properties Group, a 29,902 s/f Savers recently opened at Sunshine Square Shopping Center, located south of I-495 (Long Island Expressway), at the intersection of Station Rd. and Patchogue Yaphank Rd. (Route 101). Centro Properties Group is the owner of Sunshine Square and was represented by Nick Andreadis with Centro Properties Group. Centro is the second largest owner of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the U.S. Its portfolio of 600 properties is located across 39 states and aggregates 98 million s/f of gross leasable area.
