"Blank Street is built around the idea that coffee should be good, affordable and convenient to seamlessly fit into people’s everyday routine. Our small-format, tech-forward stores are designed for speed and an easy, on-the-go way to get good coffee. We're excited to bring this experience to 688 Broadway, the heart of an iconic neighborhood in Downtown NYC, steps away from NYU," said Vinay Menda, co-founder of Blank Street Coffee.
