Cushman & Wakefield arranges long-term leases for Bond Vet and Blank Street Coffee at 688 Broadway

New York, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two long-term retail leases totaling 6,083 s/f at 688 Broadway.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Moran, Jason Greenstone and Taylor Reynolds represented the landlord, Madison Realty Capital, in the transactions.

Blank Street Coffee, a small-format, tech-forward coffee shop built around the idea that quality coffee should be accessible and convenient, will occupy 962 s/f on the ground floor of the building. Cushman & Wakefield’s Patrick O’Rourke represented the tenant in the transaction.

Bond Vet, a full-service veterinary clinic, will occupy 5,121 s/f across the lower and ground floors of the building. CBRE’s Cassie Durant represented the tenant in the transaction.
