Cushman & Wakefield leases 5,700 s/f at 360 Madison Ave.

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term, 5,700 s/f lease for Mori Hamada & Matsumoto at Stawski Partners’ 360 Madison Ave. The full-service international law firm will occupy the 24th floor.

Ownership will be building out the tenant’s floor utilizing the new building standard finishes designed by Fogarty Finger and showcased on the building’s new 15,000 s/f full floor prebuilt.

Junji Miyake of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Derrick Ades, Jared London and Edward Goldman of CBRE represented the landlord.

“Mori Hamada & Matsumoto is opening a New York office and needed a premier space that would contribute to their continued success,” said Miyake. “360 Madison’s central location made it the perfect fit for the law firm’s first New York City office.”

360 Madison Ave. is a 25-floor, 370,000 s/f office property developed in 2001 and managed by ownership.

The asset is, relatively speaking, a newer building in the Grand Central submarket and features a three-story lobby, high-speed elevators, a reflective glass façade and a third-party conference center powered by etcvenues.
