Tarrytown, NY According to Cushman & Wakefield, the real estate services firm has successfully arranged over 53,000 s/f of leasing activity at 560 and 580 White Plains Road, two Class A six-story office buildings totaling 306,475 s/f.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Matthew Lisk, Tara Long and Steve Baker represented the landlord in these transactions.

"Completing over 53,000 s/f of leasing in the past twelve months, with 43,000 s/f being new leasing activity, is a remarkable achievement in the I-287 west market given the challenging leasing environment," said Lisk.
