According to Justin Smith, president and chief operating officer of Prestige Hospitality Group (PHG), Sean Crump has joined the company as VP of operations.
In this role, Crump will oversee all day to day operations of hotels under management by PHG, with an emphasis on staff training, standards and procedures, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
"Operational strength and consistency is paramount to the continued success and growth of PHG," said Mr. Smith. "Sean has the experience to help us continue to expand our portfolio, and we are delighted that he has joined our team."
Crump has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, directing and managing hotels, resort properties and hospitality venues. Prior to joining PHG, Mr. Crump held senior management and executive positions with hospitality organizations located in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Mr. Crump has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bridgewater State College and is a candidate for a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration at Johnson & Wales University.
