CPEX R.E. is agent for three Brooklyn developments
CPEX Real Estate has been named the exclusive agent to lease retail space in three of downtown Brooklyn's largest residential developments—200 Schermerhorn St., 200 Livingston St., and 240 Atlantic Ave., according to Timothy King, principal of CPEX. In addition to King, Ryan Condren and Eric Altschul, associate directors of retail leasing for CPEX, are the leasing agents for the exclusives.
State Renaissance Court at 200 Schermerhorn St. is a mixed-use development with 16,000 s/f of retail space, contains more than 158 residential units and has a 72-car parking garage.
200 Livingston St., a new development, offers three retail spaces that will be available in November. The retail units range from 4,435 to 5,489 s/f and two may be combined. The 25-story, building being developed by SDS Procida, will feature more than 220 residential condominiums.
240 Atlantic Ave. has ground floor retail space ranging from 500 to 44,000 s/f and will be available upon completion next summer. The five-story building will feature 179,000 s/f of residential space and two levels of underground parking.
Other CPEX downtown exclusives include storefronts at 27 Smith St. and 457 Atlantic Ave.
CPEX recently leased a retail space at 32 Court St. to Yofiore for close to the asking price of $14,000 a month, and another retail space on Smith St.
