CPC celebrates ribbon cutting at Independence Square

On July 15th, Warwick Properties, Independent Home Care, Inc., The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC), NYS Homes and Community Renewal, Orange County, Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, and NYS Office for People With Developmental Disabilities celebrated the grand opening of Independence Sq., a three-story, 74-unit affordable housing development. Located at 11 Washington Sq., Independence Sq. provides workforce housing for working families and supportive housing for individuals with disabilities. Support services are provided by Independent Living and subsidized by OPWDD.
