Cope of Project 17 Realty negotiates $245,000 sale
A development site located at 1266 Pacific St. (between Nostrand and New York Aves.) in the Northern Crown Heights neighborhood was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $245,000. The 2,825 s/f lot consists of a front and rear lot. The property was sold to an investor who intends on building rental units on the site. Project 17 was the sole broker and their sales advisor, Waleed Cope of Project 17, negotiated the sale.
