Cooper Square Realty to manage 20 Pine - The Collection

Cooper Square Realty has been retained to manage 20 Pine - The Collection, a luxury residence with interior design by Armani/Casa. The 38-story, 409-unit condominium at Pine and Nassau Sts. is located in the former Chase Bank Building built in 1928. The developer is Leviev Boymelgreen. "The condominium, 20 Pine-The Collection, is one of the most talked about properties in the city with interiors by Armani/Casa and the latest in amenities and services," said David Kuperberg, Cooper Square president. "We are honored to be chosen to manage this quality property, another of many new luxury properties we are managing in the Wall Street area."
