Cook of Truman Place, LLC to complete $200,000 renovation

Developer Jeff Cook recently purchased a 10,000 s/f office building in the town of Greece, a suburb of Rochester, N.Y. The property is along the busy north-south corridor of Mt. Read Blvd. It is very close to I-390 and has easy access from either the West Ridge Rd. or Vintage Lane exits. It is conveniently located near Wegmans' new grocery superstore, the Home Depot, and the Greece Ridge Mall Center. The new acquisition, Truman Place, is already in the midst of a $200,000 redevelopment project. So far the parking lot, sidewalks, and roof have been replaced. In coming weeks, the common hallways will be coated with fresh paint and new wallpaper. In addition, the bathrooms will be completely remodeled, new windows and doors installed, and the HVAC systems upgraded. Truman Place currently has 6,000 s/f for lease. Suites can be subdivided to a minimum of 500 s/f. The entire 5,000 s/f second floor is available. The owner can also build a brand new 5,000 s/f office/retail building on site, with 300 ft.of prime road frontage.
