This marks another important milestone for redevelopment of the Office Park. The transformation of Westchester Park Center started with renaming the street to Westchester Park Dr., the opening of Lifetime Fitness and major capital improvements and new amenities that included a state of the art café/restaurant, modern office conference center, shuttle service, automatic hands-free lavatories, new hallways and fully compliant buildings.

“We take a very hands-on approach to leasing and fitting out tenant offices,” said Christos Livanos, asset manager for the Office Park. “In this way, we achieve our goals and those of our tenants, while maintaining open communication throughout. We also work closely with market leading brokers and the Town of Harrison, all of whom have helped us lease up the office park and ultimately grow the entire marketplace.”

Constantin, president of Heritage said, "…that ownership has consistently invested in capital projects and rich amenities that provide real benefits for our tenants to flourish – from a dedicated shuttle service to progressive environmentally sustainable new electric car charging stations and dedicated commuter bicycle parking area – Westchester Park Center is well positioned to meet the needs of our tenants well into the future."
