Constantin and Livanos of Heritage Realty Services acts for ownership in 44,800 s/f leases at 2 & 4 Westchester Park Dr., White Plains

White Plains, NY Heritage Realty Services, LLC, has completed four new leases at 2 & 4 Westchester Park Dr. Signed leases were:

• Westchester County Bar Association, Inc. signed a 2,400 s/f lease on the first floor of 4 Westchester Park Dr. Amanda Mellen of Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. represented the tenant. 

• Brain and Spine Surgeons of New York has signed a 35,200 s/f lease on the fourth floor and half of the third floor of 4 Westchester Park Dr. Craig Ruoff of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. 

• Grassi & Co. signed a 3,200 s/f lease on the second floor of 2 Westchester Park Dr. Matthew Lisk of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

• Paulaner, USA signed a 4,000 s/f lease on the second floor of 2 Westchester Park Dr. Ian Ceppos of Colliers International represented the tenant.

George Constantin and Christos Livanos of Heritage Realty Services LLC acted on behalf of ownership in these leases.

This marks another important milestone for redevelopment of the Office Park. The transformation of Westchester Park Center started with renaming the street to Westchester Park Dr., the opening of Lifetime Fitness and major capital improvements and new amenities that included a state of the art café/restaurant, modern office conference center, shuttle service, automatic hands-free lavatories, new hallways and fully compliant buildings.
