Conley Associates recently completed the following transactions. 1. Conley Associates represented Berkshire Bank in a new bank branch space located at 628 New Loudon Rd. in Latham. The landlord is New Loudon Road Associates, LLC. 2. Conley Associates represented Rutnick & Corr in the renewal of their 2,976 s/f lease located at 7 Corporate Park Dr. in Clifton Park. The Landlord is 7 Corporate Park Drive, LLC. 3. Conley Associates represented Program Risk Management in the renewal of their 14,255 s/f lease located at 900 Watervliet-Shaker Rd. in Latham. The landlord is United Healthcare Services, Inc. 4. Conley Associates represented Capital District Child Care Coordinating Council in the renewal of their 20,000 s/f lease located at 91 Broadway in Albany. The landlord is Gerome Holdings, LLC. 5. Conley Associates represented NCS Pearson with the renewal of their 17,580 s/f lease located at 100 Saratoga Village Avenue in Malta. The landlord is DCG Development, Inc. 6. Conley Associates represented Berkshire Bank in a new bank branch space located at 979 Central Ave. in Albany. The landlord is MDG ASPEN, LLC. 7. Conley Associates represented CapitalCare Medical Group, LLC in the relocation of their 4,606 s/f medical office space to 2125 River Rd. in Niskayuna. The landlord is 2125 Rover Road Realty, LLC with the assistance from their broker, Richard Ferro of Prudential Blake Atlantic. 8. Conley Associates represented Tri-Tech in the relocation of their 11,075 square foot office space to 4 Airport Park Boulevard in Latham, NY. Conley Associates represented CapitalCare Medical Group in the expansion of their 16,350 s/f medical office space located at 501 New Karner Rd. in Albany. Conley's construction division and design division provided their services throughout the project as well.
