Cohen & Perfetto names Nikolovienis as a partner

Cohen & Perfetto LLP has promoted Matia Nikolovienis, Esq. to partner. Nikolovienis joined the Cohen & Perfetto team as a senior associate attorney in 2005. She practices in all areas of commercial real estate law, including financing for banks and borrowers, ground leasing and sale or acquisition projects, focusing her practice in complex financing and development transactions. Prior to joining Cohen & Perfetto, her practice was primarily in commercial lending. She received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2000. She graduated with a B.S. degree from the Stern School of Business at NYU in 1997. She is admitted to the N.Y. Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association.
