What was the best thing that happened to you or your firm in 2014?
Placing artwork for lease as the curator and coordinator I leased over 20 30 works
And placed them in 7 ABS real estate building lobbies

I started BACP - Building Art Curatorial Program in 2014 and it has been catching on with inquiries from many owners, and developers.
What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or personal achievement in 2014?
Launching BACP and growing it from 1 property to 8 commercial lobbies in Manhattan
Having someone trust my abilities, taste and where with all to make this all come together and make an impact.
What are you looking forward to accomplishing in 2015?
Having many more commercial and residential properties with art being leased to the owners/managers, developers
And also helping buildings purchase the art for the lobby's and common areas.
What are some of your real estate predictions for 2015?
More building improvements besides cosmetic ie Art/ Lighting (which is an energy improvement too).
More overseas investments in NYC and the surrounding boroughs
More green buildings with alternative energy and waste solutions
(Hopefully) more nice affordable housing developments now with Carl Weisbrod on board.
