Cignature Realty Associates brokers two Manhattan sales totaling $13.425 million

Manhattan, NY Cignature Realty Associates, a commercial real estate brokerage company, completed $13.425 million:

• The $7.425 million sale of 561-563 West 140th St. in Hamilton Heights. This is a five-story multifamily walk-up building with 26 units and 17,205 s/f. It was built in 1920.  Cignature’s Peter Vanderpool represented the buyer, Sugar Hill Capital Partners and Michael Tortorici of Ariel Property Advisors represented the seller, 561 Building CO, Inc.

• The $6 million sale of 319 East 93rd St. on the Upper East Side between 1st and 2nd Aves. This is a five-story multifamily walk-up building with 10 apartments. The 8,648 s/f building was built in 1920. Cignature Realty’s Christopher Skitch represented the sellers, Diana Cormack and Jonathan Bradshaw and Cignature’s Vanderpool represented the buyer, 319 East 93rd Street LLC, a local real estate investor.
