Caulfield of Kimco Realty recognized as 2025 Woman of Influence by GlobeSt.

Denver, CO IREM NYC’s Stephanie Caulfield, CPM, ACoM, has been recognized as a 2025 Woman of Influence in the property manager/facility manager category at the 6th annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference and Awards. Caulfield received the award at GlobeSt.’s conference in Denver, CO, where influential leaders from across the industry gathered to discuss the critical issues facing commercial real estate, what it means to be a woman in business today, and how women CRE leaders can uplift and support each other on their journey to the top. 

They also explored how to promote diversity in senior leadership and how the industry can position itself for a more inclusive future. Caulfield is senior regional director Kimco Realty Corp. and an integral part of IREM NYC’s leadership, currently serving as secretary of the board of directors. She also chairs both the Strategic Development Committee and Membership Engagement Committee. IREM NYC is incredibly proud of Caulfield and grateful for her continued impact on the chapter and the industry at large. Congratulations, Stephanie!
