Capece of Central BID speaks to CIREB members at Nov. 5th meeting

CIREB's November 5th marketing session was hosted by Carrow Real Estate Services at the West Mall Office Plaza, located at 845 Central Ave. Carrow Real Estate Services associate broker, Rudy Lynch listed the Central Ave. property for lease. The Plaza offers space ranging from 1,500 to 50,000 s/f. The West Mall Office Plaza has undergone extensive renovations, including new mechanical systems, new high-efficiency windows, and a new 700-car parking lot. Central Ave. is the city's "Main St." offering 60 restaurants, 350 properties, and 450 businesses in a mixed-use area with a strong residential presence.
