BRG closes two sales totaling $3.211 million

Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) handled the following:

• 117 Jewel St. sold for $1.611 million. The subject is located in Greenpoint, between Meserole and Norman Aves. This four apartment multifamily is 25 ft. x 60 ft. and lot dimensions measuring 25 ft. x 100 ft. It’s total square footage is 3,000 s/f, zoned R6B with and FAR 2.0 and is tax class 2A. The seller was 117 Jewel Street LLC and the buyers were Jewel Street Inc. Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Donal Flaherty, Hakeem Lecky, and Corey Haynes of BRG facilitated both sides of the transaction.

• 30 Skillman Ave. sold for $1.6 million. This 5,000 buildable s/f development site is located in Williamsburg. The lot dimensions is 25 ft. x 100 ft. priced at $320 per buildable s/f, and the zoning is R6B. The seller of this property is 30 Skillman LLC and the buyer is Skillman Holdings LLC. Bestreich, Sproviero, Flaherty, Lecky, and Haynes facilitated both sides of the transaction.
