Manhattan, NY Peter Braus, managing principal, and JP Sutro, managing director of Lee & Associates NYC LLC, have been awarded the exclusive agency for the retail space at 149 Essex St. between Rivington and Stanton Sts., a building owned by prolific investor HUBB NYC. Located on the Lower East Side, one of Manhattan’s most sought-after neighborhoods, the 1,500 s/f store is adjacent to the recently opened celebrity haunt Tijuana Picnic, sister restaurant to downtown destinations Acme and Indochine. 149 Essex is also steps away from the 1.9 million s/f mixed-use project, Essex Crossing, whose first phase is now under construction.
