Winning our largest project to date with an existing client, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY)
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012?
Our Queens Groundwater Rehabilitation project with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP)
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013?
I believe we'll see a tremendous rise in activity with regard to buying and selling commercial real estate, modernization efforts, and sustainable, energy-conscious projects.
What are some of your resolutions for 2013?
Further diversification of our firm, in terms of both the markets and geographic areas we serve.
