We completed a transaction with a nonprofit client. The sale of 15 acres in to the City of New York. We started that deal seven years ago. Another nonprofit negotiated their own renewal and we were asked to finish the transaction. We did that deal in a week and they saved $350,000. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? : The sale of 15 acres of land to the City of New York. It closed the Friday before Sandy hit. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : The market will not be robust nor will it be lackluster. It will slowly strengthen along just like the economy. What are your resolutions for 2013? : Continue to zealously advocate for my clients!
