Bestreich Realty Group sells Bushwick site for $1.475 million

Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) completed the sale of 335 Woodbine St. in the Bushwick neighborhood located between Irving Ave. and Knickerbocker Ave. for $1.475 million. This four-unit re-development site is 3,200 buildable s/f with an additional 2,263 buildable s/f. The lot dimensions are 24.83 ft x 100 ft and Zoned R6.

Tom Reynolds, Derek Bestreich, Steve Reynolds, and Brian Davila facilitated both sides of the transaction, the seller is RS Woodbine St LLC and the buyers are 335 Woodbine LLC.
