With a max FAR of 2, the lot offers  5,500 buildable s/f. Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Hakeem Lecky, Justin Zeitchik, and Donal Flaherty facilitated both sides of the deal. The seller for this deal was 111 Java LLC and the buyers are JavaStreet LLC.
