G.S. Wilcox & Co. arranges $26 million financing for Ewing industrial portfolio

Ewing, NJ G.S. Wilcox & Co. secured $26 million in financing for a 308,355 s/f industrial portfolio. The financing for the properties was arranged by Bridget Wilcox, partner, and Al Raymond, principal, through a correspondent life insurance company lender.

The portfolio comprises two multi-tenanted industrial buildings totaling 308,355 s/f. With access to I-295 and Rte. 1, as well as Rte. 206, the properties are in a prime location for shipping and distribution. The location near the I-295 circle is a premier last-mile delivery hub serving over 38 million people within a two-hour drive, one of the densest consumer markets in the U.S.
