Belyi of Greiner-Maltz Co. brokers a 16,000 s/f lease at 1388 Halsey St.

Greiner-Maltz has has completed a lease at 1388 Halsey St. The property is located on the ground floor and has 17 ft. ceiling heights and is used as a warehouse. In 2005, Dmitri Belyi, a senior director of Greiner-Maltz Company of New York, Inc., leased a 5,000 s/f portion of the 21,000 s/f building at 1388 Halsey St., to an electrical contractor who was expanding from New York City. In 2007, the owner of the property, Najev Realty, who occupied the balance of the building decided to close its business. As a result of their satisfaction with the first transaction they appointed Dmitri Belyi their exclusive agent, and within a short period of time he leased the remaining 16,000 s/f, on a long term basis to a Kosher food manufacturing company. In the second transaction, the tenant was represented by Metro Industrial Realty.
