Bello of Houlihan Lawrence named Best Realtor in Westchester County by Westchester Magazine

According to Houlihan Lawrence, agent Biagio "Gino" Bello has been voted the county's best real estate agent for 2014 by the readers and editors of Westchester Magazine. Bello is the one and only realtor to be named to the magazine's annual Best of Westchester list, a curation of Westchester's finest - not just shops, but people, services, and spectacular culinary and creative talents. "Gino Bello truly has his fingertips on the pulse of the entire county," said Chris Meyers, managing principal of Houlihan Lawrence. "He is a tremendous asset to our firm, and we're thrilled that he has been recognized by his clients and Westchester Magazine readers as the best real estate agent to lead buyers and sellers through the hurdles and strategies of today's real estate market." Bello started his career in real estate from the ground up 10 years ago, and at just 35 years old has accomplished over $150 million in sales to date and a 98% list to sale price ratio on average for all of his sellers. In the top 1% of all Westchester County realtors, Bello joined Houlihan Lawrence nearly four years ago, and brings a strong expertise in finance and investment to his business. He previously worked in accounting as a relocation tax specialist with KPMG. Native to White Plains, where he lives with his wife and two young children, Bello specializes in all of Westchester County, and is particularly active in White Plains, Eastchester, Scarsdale, Tuckahoe, Hartsdale, Harrison, Bronxville, Purchase, Hawthorne, Thornwood and Yonkers. "We are so proud of Gino and the hard work, strong local expertise and unsurpassed level of customer service that have led him to the top of the Best of Westchester List," said Geoffrey Berry, manager of Houlihan Lawrence's White Plains office. "When looking to buy or sell a home in Westchester County there is no other realtor that will bring you as much experience, knowledge, and accountability as Gino Bello." Bello has been the recipient of numerous professional awards and accolades - consistently receiving a "Five Star Agent Award" from Westchester Magazine for the past several year, and named a 2009 award winner for the Westchester Business Council's "Rising Stars - Westchester's 40 under 40."
