Barcel Group arranged the sale of 5 buildings in Bushwick totaling $5.842 million. The properties sold where 121 Irving Avenue, consisting of 6 residential units sold for $1.25 million. Marcel Fridman represented the sellers while Bart Zimmermann represented the buyers. 232 Stanhope Street, consisting of 6 residential units, sold for $1.25 million. Fridman represented all parties involved in this transaction. 188 Suydam Street, consisting of 6 residential units, sold for $1.2 million. Fridman represented all parties involved in this transaction. 377 Menahan Street, consisting of 6 residential units, sold for $1.05 million. Fridman represented all parties involved in this transaction. The last was 17-34 Menahan Street, Ridgewood consisting of 5 residential units sold for $1.09 million. Fridman represented all parties involved in this transaction. Fridman said, "Bushwick in recent months has been the unofficial hottest neighborhood in Brooklyn, creating lots of buzz and excitement. With the proximity to Manhattan and the opening of many new restaurants and bars have drawn people to move to the area."
