Bangert and Musilli of RHYS reps Stop & Shop in 13,601 s/f office lease; For Metro New York territory; Located at 287 Bowman Avenue

Christian Bangert, VP and Dominick Musilli, executive VP & principal of RHYS Commercial, represented The Stop & Shop Supermarket Co. in the leasing of 13,601 s/f of office space at 287 Bowman Ave. Stop & Shop will use this space as its new regional office for its metro N.Y. territory. Beginning their market search in the 4th quarter of 2010, RHYS was able to narrow down the viable locations to a choice few, finally selecting 287 Bowman as its best option. "287 Bowman provided excellent large, open floor plates, which were able to accommodate Stop & Shop's unique floor plan layout," said Bangert. "Couple that with the easy access and visibility from the I-95/287 Corridor, the building makes perfect sense for Stop & Shop's extended commuting employee base." Stop & Shop is one of the largest food retailers based in New England and operates close to 400 stores. RHYS Commercial has worked with Stop & Shop in many of its tri-state area transactions, including disposition work in their existing centers. Serving the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut markets, RHYS Commercial's elite team of real estate professional provides strong expertise and a proven track record in retail, office and industrial leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and asset and property management for all types of commercial buildings as well as health care-related properties.
