Balducci and Schneid join Moritt, Hock & Hamroff LLP as associates

Garden City, NY According to Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, Tommas Balducci and Kelly Schneid have joined the firm as associates. Balducci will be part of the firm’s intellectual property practice group and Schneid will be part of the firm’s litigation practice group. Balducci will be resident in the firm’s NYC office and Schneid in the firm’s Garden City office.

Balducci concentrates his practice in all facets of intellectual property, licensing and related litigation matters. He has represented start-ups, small businesses, large corporations and counsel in a myriad of industries including fashion, entertainment, hospitality and travel, and consumer and industrial products in their global intellectual property needs. Mr. Balducci earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School, cum laude, where he served as Law Review editor.  He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Balducci was an associate at Ladas & Parry in New York City.

Kelly Schneid focuses her practice on appellate, commercial and real estate litigation. In addition, she also has experience in all facets of mortgage and tax lien foreclosures, as well as in the area of leisure and hospitality law. Ms. Schneid earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A from Northwestern University. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schneid was an associate at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf in New York City.
