Axiom Capital arranges $6m permanent loan for 78 room hotel

East Greenbush, NY Axiom Capital Corp. has structured and arranged a $6 million permanent loan (10-year, fixed-rate) for the refinance of an extended-stay hotel.

The property consists of 78 hotel rooms constructed in 2005 and offers residential style suites, designed for long stays. Room amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. The hotel has an indoor heated pool, spa, exercise room and outdoor sports court. The property is located close to restaurants, theaters and stores.
