Avdoo opens 6,000 s/f Walgreens in Park Slope

Brooklyn, NY Avdoo, the New York City-based multi-disciplinary real estate development firm, has opened a Walgreens at 604 Pacific St. in Park Slope.

Avdoo acquired 604 Pacific St. through a joint venture with the property’s owner in September 2023. Formerly a furniture warehouse, Avdoo identified the site as an opportunity to reposition the property into a valuable community asset. The new 6,000 s/f store now brings an essential retailer to the Park Slope neighborhood.

“We acquired this property highly determined to bring value to the neighborhood and are proud to officially welcome Walgreens,” said Shlomi Avdoo, CEO and founder of Avdoo. “We transformed a private asset into a public storefront that delivers everyday convenience and contributes to the ongoing vitality of this residential community.”

The Walgreens at 604 Pacific St. operates from 7:00am to 11:00pm daily.
