Avdoo opens 6,000 s/f Walgreens in Park Slope

Brooklyn, NY Avdoo, the New York City-based multi-disciplinary real estate development firm, has opened a Walgreens at 604 Pacific St. in Park Slope. 

Avdoo acquired 604 Pacific St. through a joint venture with the property’s owner in September 2023. Formerly a furniture warehouse, Avdoo identified the site as an opportunity to reposition the property into a valuable community asset. The new 6,000 s/f store now brings an essential retailer to the Park Slope neighborhood.

The Walgreens at 604 Pacific St. operates from 7:00am to 11:00pm daily.
