Arrow Real Estate Advisors launches, led by managing partner Betesh

Manhattan, NY Arrow Real Estate Advisors has officially launched under the leadership of managing partner Morris Betesh. With over two decades of experience, Betesh has financed over 1,000 buildings and closed transactions exceeding $20 billion. He is known for representing developers across the country and helping them realize their growth potential with strategic capital solutions. Arrow Real Estate Advisors is supported by a team of 12 industry experts who possess decades of combined experience.

Arrow Real Estate Advisors will focus on providing comprehensive services to ensure that clients receive tailored financial strategies to meet their unique needs. These services include sourcing permanent financing, construction financing, debt restructuring, and raising joint venture equity. The firm works across a diverse array of asset classes, including multifamily, luxury condos, commercial office, hotels, retail, and industrial.

Justin Boruchov serves as managing director and brings deep expertise in structured finance, having closed over $4 billion in financing across more than 500 transactions.

Alex Bailkin, senior vice president, joins from Meridian Capital Group, where he was responsible for executing over $5 billion in commercial financing transactions.

Morris Dabbah, senior vice president, has a proven track record with over 165 transactions closed, representing $3 billion in loan volume.

Jack McPhail, senior vice president, specializes in structured finance, having closed over $1.5 billion in debt and equity.

Omar Ferreira, senior vice president, brings a wealth of experience, having placed more than $4 billion in commercial real estate financing.

Brandon Serota, director, focuses on loan originations across various property types, including multifamily, development sites, and mixed-use properties.

Alex Ellman, senior associate, supports structured finance originations.

Matt O’Hanlon, senior associate, brings a track record of over $800 million in commercial financing transactions.

Louis Halperin, associate, focuses on sourcing and underwriting commercial real estate transactions nationwide.

Jacob Petrovic, associate, specializes in loan underwriting and marketing, with a history of closing over $1.3 billion in transactions. .

Shlomo Khoudari, analyst, supports the team with loan origination and placement across multifamily, office, and retail sectors.

Before founding Arrow Real Estate Advisors, Betesh was senior managing director at Meridian Capital Group, where he joined in May 2017. He previously held key roles as a director at Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets and a director of Capital Services at Massey Knakal Realty Services.
