Manhattan, NY Joseph Aquino and his new company, Joseph A. Aquino Commercial Real Estate Services LLC has leased Lutwyche / Hand Tailored In England at 717-719 Madison Ave., located between 63rd and 64th Sts.

Lutwyche, a British menswear clothing designer, designs men’s bespoke, made to measure and ready to wear men’s suits and clothing. Tony Lutwyche the designer & founder is headquartered in Mayfair, London and services the Saville Row Trade. He can be found in the all the major markets throughout the United States through Saks Fifth Ave.
Lutwyche leased the entire 2,950 s/f third floor of the Madison Ave. propety which contains 40 ft. of frontage, tall French doors, a front terrace, along with a rear patio and high ceilings.
Neighboring merchants include Roberto Cavalli, Berluti, Hermes, Jimmy Choo, Bally shoes and Brunello Cucinelli.
Aquino represented Lutwyche in the lease.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
