ABOUT
Joseph Aquino is a seasoned commercial real estate professional, currently celebrating 40 years in the business. Based in New York City, he specializes in luxury retail, office, and industrial leasing. As President of JAACRES, he advises high-level executives on site selection and lease negotiations in NYC and across major U.S. cities, London, and Belfast. Over the years, Aquino has represented iconic global brands, including Cartier and Buccellati. A longtime member of the Real Estate Board of New York, he is also active in the Italian American Chamber of Commerce, where he fosters transatlantic business relationships and industry connections.
Outside of real estate, Aquino is an avid tennis player and a passionate traveler who enjoys exploring cities around the world. He’s a regular at cultural events—from art exhibitions to live music—and is known for his deep knowledge of both the global luxury market and New York’s evolving streetscape. He and his wife, Suzanne, split their time between Manhattan and frequent international visits.
