NYSCAR in cooperation with the Hudson Valley chapter held a class on April 21, entitled "Creative Real Estate Formulas," instructed by Chuck Sutherland, SEC of Dallas, Tex. The class was a great success with 41 attendees! I will be attending the NAR mid-year meetings in Washington, D.C. in mid-May which are always very informative. Please refer to the weekly Email from NYSAR for the Legislative Agenda that is near and dear to the commercial real estate industry for NYS. You can also check out the NAR website for issues affecting our business at the national level. NAR will be promoting our interests in force during the meetings on Capitol Hill.
