Steve Perfit, CCIM, SIOR, is managing director of Pyramid Brokerage Co. in Newburgh. He specializes in industrial, resort and investment properties, selling and leasing. He manages the Hudson Valley office covering nine counties north of the metro N.Y.C. market. He has a bachelor of science in Business Administration from NYU; Finance major; and a MBA in Finance from Pace University.
