Alchemy Properties' 35XV condominium development hits 80% sold mark
According to Alchemy Properties, developers of the Woolworth Tower Residences, 35XV, its glass-and-stone condominium development at 35 West 15th St., has hit the 80% sold mark several months ahead of its expected completion later this year.
"Buyers love the dramatic light and views coupled with the quiet mid-block location," said Kenneth Horn, president of Alchemy Properties. "35XV is a unique offering in the marketplace: an architecturally significant new development featuring both spacious floor plans and thoughtfully conceived amenities."
Located at the intersection of the Flatiron District, Chelsea, and Union Sq., 35XV's remaining three and four- bedroom residences start at 2,324 s/f. The largest available home, with more than 3,800 s/f of living space, is located on the building's 23rd floor and offers four bedrooms with extraordinary open city and river views. This home's master suite is a spa-like retreat, featuring a dressing room, a master bath with steam shower, deep soaking tub and radiant heating under dark marble floors.
The 24-story FXFOWLE-designed building blends the world class design and sophistication today's buyers demand. Each residence features an elegant-yet-functional kitchen with Miele appliances, white-lacquer Poggenpohl cabinetry and marble countertops. The lavish powder rooms boast huge Breccia marble slabs and wood paneling finishes. Interior designer Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz, whose celebrity clientele has included Lenny Kravitz and Sean Combs, personally planned 35XV's residences, lobby and amenities spaces. His inviting entrance lobby features lavish seating and customized touches including a wall of bronze mailboxes.
Residents receive exclusive access to an assortment of curated amenities on the building's seventh floor, including a sprawling 75-foot wide outdoor terrace; state-of-the-art fitness center with an adjacent elaborate children's play room; a sleek lounge with billiards; and personal deeded wine storage for each owner in a custom refrigerated wine cellar adjacent to the dining salon, a feature that can be hard to find.
The off-site 35XV sales gallery, located at 135 Fifth Ave., is outfitted with a model kitchen, master bath, and powder room, along with a replica of the building's glass and stone façade. Prospective buyers can schedule a private appointment to tour the sales gallery and building site of potential residences and the exceptional view.
