What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2013?
We have completed two amazing projects in Manhattan - the 60,000 s/f Asphalt Green Battery Park City Community Center and the historic, 36,000 s/f Pier A renovation in Battery Park City.
Both projects target LEED certifications, with Asphalt Green aiming at LEED Platinum. The facilities will serve thousands of Lower Manhattan residents and visitors and significantly improve the quality of life in this section of the city.
