Aframian of Itzhaki sells 247 East 52nd Street for $5.85 million

Itzhaki Properties arranged the sale of 247 East 52nd St. on the east side of the borough in Turtle Bay for $5.85 million. Amir Aframian represented the seller and buyer in the off-market transaction. The property is a five-story, 8,130 s/f apartment building, located between 2nd and 3rd Aves. and consists of 14 studios, two one-bedroom apartments, and two two-bedroom duplexes. "I have had a lot of activity in Midtown East; the real estate is rich and our investors are eager to get a piece of it," said Aframian. The property is one block from the 53rd St. E & M subway station and the 51st St. 6 subway station. "This sale clearly shows the strength of the market and where our buyers are looking for stable properties to purchase," said Yona Edelkopf CEO of Itzhaki.
