Adovasio joins Spandrel Property Services as executive property mgr.

According to boutique property management firm Spandrel Property Services, part of The Spandrel Group network, Vincent Adovasio, has joined the firm as executive property manager. Adovasio brings more than 24 years of management experience, including property, operations, project management and gardens/grounds maintenance for over 8,000 apartments to his new position. According to Spandrel founder Ian Levine, in his new role Adovasio will oversee general property operations and compliance with a focus on One Brooklyn Bridge Park, as well as Loft 25 Condominium. "We are delighted to have such a seasoned management professional joining our company," said Levine. "Vincent's strong leadership experience in management, both residential and commercial, coupled with his day-to-day organization skills will further enhance our company's growing portfolio." Most recently, Adovasio served as director of operations at Parkchester South Condominium Inc. where he supervised nine property managers encompassing 116 buildings, as well as five department heads. During his tenure there, Adovasio also prepared and maintained a $68 million condominium annual budget and negotiated commercial leases, in addition to his extensive list of responsibilities ranging from participating in labor contract negotiations to instilling energy cost saving measures for the residential development. Adovasio began his professional career at Parkchester South Condominium Inc. as a lock shop foreman and quickly rose through the ranks, serving as property manager and project renovation manager, before being promoted to director of operations. Throughout his tenure with Parkchester, he has been responsible for attending building meetings, performing daily inspections and supervising the workforce of up to 60 personnel. A graduate of the College of Westchester, Adovasio earned a RAM Certificate from New York University and served in the United States Marines Corps.
