Adams & Co. completes two leases: 6,069 s/f total

Adams & Co. Real Estate recently completed the following transactions: * A five-year, 4,000 s/f lease at 247 W. 35th St. for architecture and interior design firm Namu Design. Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Katherine O'Toole of Tarter Stats Realty represented the landlord. Asking rents were $40 per s/f. * A 10-year, 2,069 s/f expansion lease at 11 E. 26th St. for home fashion company E & E Company Ltd. The total leased space for the company is 7,417 s/f. James Buslik and Jeffrey Schwartz of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord. Asking rents were $44 per s/f. Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC is among the top five leasing companies in New York City, as measured by total square feet.  The full-service real estate firm is responsible for millions of square feet of office space and provides property management, brokerage and consulting services throughout Manhattan by teaming experience with innovation.
