All of my projects are original and have taken a life of their own—all of which I am proud to have procured, managed and instituted for the owner of the portfolio/property. All hold a special place in my portfolio of discipline at NYS Sustainable Corp.

What trends will dominate your industry in the coming months?

The paradigm of commercial RE self sustainability, with the ability to generate a full suite of energy, heating and cooling production along intelligent management data to support all local laws and regulatory obligations.
