What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
With the changes to New York City’s lead-based paint regulations (LL1, LL31, LL66), a large section of our client base has requested help in understanding the intricacies and interactions in and between all of the new regulations. I am very proud of myself and the whole LEW Corp. team in fully understanding these, sometimes confusing, changes and guiding our clients through the process. Additionally, I am proud of several recent instances where we were able to have violations removed based on our knowledge of the regulations and ability to extract the proper details from the client on the specifics of the violation and tenant situation.

Who was/is your mentor and how did s/he influence/help you in your career?
Lee Wasserman is and has been my mentor for nearly my entire 20 year career. When I started working with Lee, I was relatively new to the environmental consulting business. He has generously given his time and knowledge on everything from the environmental field to how to operate a successful business. I say without hesitation that I would not be where I am today without his guidance and mentorship.
