A: New York Real Estate Journal was one of the first publications to feature our use of the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) system in affordable housing projects and prewar conversions. A: NYREJ was the first to announce that Design AIDD Architecture, DPC received the American Planning Association (APA) 2014 Sustainable Building Project award. This was especially exciting since the winning design was one of our first new construction projects in the Bronx. The firm was formed in 2007.
