Q: The approximate number of years you have been a subscriber and/or how the NYREJ has been a benefit to you and/or your business:
A: New York Real Estate Journal was one of the first publications to feature our use of the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) system in affordable housing projects and prewar conversions. As a result, we've received several calls from companies who not only mentioned reading about us in the NYREJ, they awarded us the projects.
Q: The approximate year you discovered the NYREJ and what business you were in at the time:
A: Our marketing team first introduced us to NYREJ in 2012. It has become one of our go-to New York trade publications for building and business construction news. Business - Architecture
Q: Your most memorable "15 minutes of fame" in the NYREJ:
A: NYREJ was the first to announce that Design AIDD Architecture, DPC received the American Planning Association (APA) 2014 Sustainable Building Project award. This was especially exciting since the winning design was one of our first new construction projects in the Bronx. The firm was formed in 2007. A year later, we were hired to design the winning building. It was such a thrill to see our winning design in NYREJ. Happy Anniversary NYREJ!
