What do you like best about being a woman in the AEC industry? The strongest project teams are diverse. When the team has a variety of experiences, views, and problem-solving techniques, it’s a better result. Being a woman in construction, and often the only one on a project team, allows me to bring a unique perspective that would not have been heard otherwise.
