In a collaborative effort, we brought all the parties together and concluded a difficult transaction.”

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2023? “Economic uncertainties highlighted by fluctuating interest rates and evolving capital markets make predicting investment opportunities and goals very difficult. Opportunities are available in both up market and down market when the fundamentals are sound.”
